"Not as advertised. There is often an overflowing dumpster blocking half of the road in the complex. Fire safety systems malfunction and beep with no attention from maintenance or management. The community has a gate but is not gated given that the gate is always broken. The office hours are not as advertised. They respond to Google Reviews but not to residents."

"Just moved in last week! On the day of move-in I noticed that the apartment was not well-maintained overall, had multiple damages, appliances not functioning and was not cleaned thoroughly. The leasing staff does nothing to help the tenants, everyone would be sweet until you move-in! No matter how many times you phone or stop by the office, your requests will go unanswered and remain unfulfilled! Incredibly rude and unprofessional leasing and maintenance staff. Its just less than a week we moved-in, have an year to go! God bless me and my family!"

"I don't know where to start reviewing the bad experience that my boyfriend and I had in this complex; I was here for 1 year and it was a complete nightmare, they are disorganized in absolutely everything, the garbage was always a disaster, we had at least one mine of chiripas in the apartment and their fumigation was unfortunate, they also have a maintenance service that basically DOES NOT SERVE, we got tired of making claims for a humidity that generated from the upstairs floor it was a disaster pieces fell from the ceiling and even so they told us in our face that if we did not renew they were not going to fix it. Even so, with all the claims we made for many problems we had, they were practically neglected, at the time of leaving they charged us practically all the problems we had claimed, in addition to keeping the deposit, of course. When my boyfriend went personally to look for information about these positions, the staff are really poorly educated, they even sighed in his face with a stubborn gesture and without any solution to anything! If you could recommend that you please don't move here DO NOT DO IT, the only good thing is your location, you will have many problems that will not solve them!!!"

"Wonderful Stay at Point at Perimeter. The leasing office staff, the maintenance staff especially the manager Zandra Shearn were consistently responsive with patience and professionalism. Any maintenance issues which I reported were addressed promptly and resolved to my satisfaction, showing a commitment to tenant comfort and safety. The amenities provided are top-notch. From the well-maintained fitness center and pool area to the communal spaces, it's clear that the management takes great care in ensuring residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I couldn't be happier with my decision to lease here, and I highly recommend Point at Perimeter to anyone looking for a place to call home."

"We lived at The Point at Perimeter from February 2020 to March 2021. After having so different problems with our apartment, like cockroaches that were never able to be exterminated, at least two water leaks that came from upstairs apartment and damaged our belongings causing a lot of moisture on the apartment and kids getting sick, kitchen cabinets that were in very very very bad conditions since day one and no one at the management was willing to take care, just to mention few things...they finally offered us to move us to The Carlyle at Perimeter, which is owned by the same group. Of course, this transfer will require money ($$$$$) no matter what. So they charged me once again for a new security deposit and my leasing was also increased (as we were moving to a renovated apartment). Unfairly they also took the whole security deposit of the first apartment as they argued that they needed to clean the oven while in reality we left the apartment in the best conditions we could and they never even did something with these water leaks that damaged our belongings, they did not care about it. At The Carlyle at Perimeter, we lived from March 2021 until May 2022, the apartment was in very good shape (I have to say), and we kept it as it the whole year we lived in there. Nevertheless and without surprising me, again, they took my whole security deposit at the time we moved out and even charged me few more dollars, this time the argument was that walls in the apartment were painted, while we really just repainted a small crayon scratch done by my 3 years old kid, they argued that they needed to paint the whole wall, which made no sense, finally what they did was to transfer me a contractor 's cost that they should have taken care of as part of the regular apartment usage. They also tried to charge me about scratches on the apartment's floor, fortunately I had pictures and a signed document where this floor damage was reported since day one. In few words, they would do whatever they can to take your money and security deposit no matter what. Community has a rat infestation problem in the trash area, every night, rats will walk around this area, this is really a disgusting and unsafe situation they need to fix asap."
