"This might be a long one. We really enjoyed touring this community. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks, a school, a lot of people walking their dogs, and we’re next to a fire station. So I was surprised after only being here for 5 months when my car was stolen from the secure garage. The Kia/Hyundai boys really got me. While we did receive news about a few cars being broken (broken windows) into and some packages being stolen, this was apparently an anomaly. Aida has been great help through everything. I still feel the need to post this for the communities security. Otherwise, this complex has been a 4 out of 5. Waaaayyy better than our old place. The walls are kind of thin since we can hear our neighbors TV or phone vibrating or their shower running. You can hear people walking on the wooden walkway planks at night which can be bothersome for some. Haven’t really seen any roaches or nothing. Only saw two in the garage but none in the apartments. I’ve only seen spiders and 1 centipede so not trying to jinx myself. The grounds are maintained well and there’s enough parking. Maintenance is pretty fast but we also haven’t had to use them often. We also weren’t able to see the actual unit until a day before our move in date which shows the trust we built with the leasing agents."

"45Eighty apartments are a very good value. The staff is very helpful and the speed and quality of responding to work orders is outstanding! They have done an excellent job of continually updating the property and I highly recommend these apartments."

"Here is my honest review of this complex. I lived at this complex for 2 years and would overall give it 3 stars. Management: I never had a problem with management. Aida and the various team members that I have worked with have always been very responsive and helpful whenever I was in need of something. Even when I experienced some challenges during my two years, Aida and her team were always very swift, professional and helpful in helping me resolve my concerns. Maintenance: The maintenance team was fantastic! They were always very swift when responding to any requests that were submitted and continued to follow up if needed. Location: The location was wonderful! I loved being next to the park and not far from restaurants and the mall. The area was always quiet for the most part and I never felt unsafe. Apartment Units I gave this apartment 3 stars for the condition of the units. I lived in two separate units and I must say that I was far from impressed. The walls have the textured effect of old fashioned popcorn ceilings and both units that I had during my time there had half painted cabinets and cracks in the bathroom walls where the wall was never painted nor has been tended to over the years of wear and tear. The apartment complex itself has been around for many years, but it is a shame to see that there has been no concern about maintaining the units over the years, especially for the price that these units are now going for. The closets had racks that were falling off the walls and everywhere I looked in the unit was a constant reminder of a terrible half done paint job. The ceiling of the apartment had obvious signs of damage where they just tried to paint over it, but the damage was still very visible. The worst part about the units is the flooring. I lived in a bottom floor unit and the flooring in the apartment above me was so old and worn out where I constantly heard my upstairs neighbor anytime he entered any room in his apartment. I could hear when he was in his bedroom, living room and taking a shower. Although, there have been some renovations made to the finishes in the units, the units themselves are of poor quality and this cannot be hidden by the “modern” finishes (i.e plank floors, nice countertops, stainless appliances). Overall, my experience wasn’t horrible. There was a recent car break in and some stolen packages, but this is the only crime that has occurred in my 2 years here (that I’m aware of). However, please know that there are better complexes in the area (and other areas) that are better maintained for the same price as to what this complex is now going for. I was appalled to see the price of these units now, especially having lived here and knowing that they are definitely not worth the price, but to each their own."

"This apartment complex has NO cameras in any of the stairwells. Aida Juarez and Oscar Cardoza both are VERY rude and lack customers service along with empathy. I am a current resident, and these units have M O L D. The mold is very noticeable. The garbage shoot is always full and stinks badly. This is a “gated community” but there are MANY ways to enter without a keycard or passcode."

"Pro: the office people are nice and friendly. Walk distance to the park CONS: There are so many bugs in the apartment. I see roaches almost EVERYDAY! Two days after move in, there was a swarm of ants in the bathtub. Pest control didn't work. There were three flood in my bedroom because of the rain. Almost every rain, the carpet and window were all wet. The repairman seal the window with silicon, but it also didn't work. It took almost one month to repair the gate. There are always no gas on grills. The wall is so thin than I can hear the next door lady's phone call."
