Perimeter Gardens at Georgetown

"Management was friendly, but there was definitely lack of progress from them. I had requested when I moved in to fix broken tiles in my bathroom, which in over a years time was never fixed. Very noisy, I had to buy noise cancelling earphones to get through the year, creaking floors and I was able to constantly hear my neighbors talking. Complex and facilities look like they’ve seen better days, and could definitely use an upgrade, especially if being marketed as luxury apartments. The surrounding area was decent and felt safe, was really nice having the park across the street."

"We have lived here for a few years and it once was a wonderful place to call home. This is not the case since Sentinel took over managing the property. The elevator and main gate has been broken for months now. Unfortunately, 10 cars have been broken shields last night. Please do not move here if you want a quality living experience."

"The neighborhood is going downhill, fast! Ever since management changed so has the quality. The elevator has been broken for weeks. The gate breaks once a month. The beautiful landscape near the pool we had previously has died. The pool used to be cleaned daily. The courtyard lighting doesn’t work or isn’t turned on anymore. Work orders take weeks! The apartments are not updated. I’ve been here for 2 years but I won’t be renewing my lease. Everything I once loved about the neighborhood is no more."

"UPDATE 4/28/21: After attempting to resolve the aforementioned issues with property management team, they proven to be utterly useless. You won't get much help from the corporate office either! This supposed be a non-smoking complex. Yet there are people smoking weed and cigarettes here constantly. This has been reported repeatedly to the office staff with no resolution in site. Also noise complaints aren't handle efficiently. You have to complain for nearly a month before they attempt to resolve it. Office staff doesn't return messages. They hardly answer the phone. Also we've had incidents with mailbox break-ins. Some positives: the maintenance team does an excellent job addressing work orders quickly. The grounds are well kept. The location is great. However, the overall living experience for the price they charge is average."

"I love Perimeter Gardens! I moved in early 2018 and will be signing a new lease with them for another year. The property is clean, the units are nice and obviously taken care of, and they just underwent a huge re-painting of the properties' hallways. There's a park right across the street, the property's gym is clean and great to use, grocery store and restaurants right around the corner, and quick access to I-285. One of my favorite parts of this property is Lorenzo! He is a dedicated and personable associate working within the leasing office. He showed me around the property and issued my original lease (and at that time, he had only just started working for the property, and handled everything like a pro!) He is so friendly and helpful, and I'm never afraid to visit or call the leasing office with questions. Aside from Lorenzo, every other employee I've met in the leasing office is also very nice and professional. And the maintenance staff is also very responsive; Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, they completed it quickly and efficiently. I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes, and this is the first one I've wanted to renew a lease with. Quality living for sure!"
