"Rent prices went up by $300-500 in literally two (2) weeks from when I last spoke to a leasing agent, when my friend was moving in!! That is outrageous, in that extremely short amount of time. Wow. Also, the fire alarm in the entire complex went off twice while I was visiting - once at around 11 pm and then again at around 4 am (Island it went off for a good 30-35 minutes or so. With elderly people and young children in this complex, that is quite alarming and seen as poor quality and service to the physical tenants who are paying to make this complex a home.. Due to my experiences, I must honestly stay please beware if you are currently looking for a new apartment."

"Que is the best part of this apartment complex. No matter what mood she’s in her professionalism and her personality is never dull. She has the best customer service and the way she never makes residents feel beneath her is truly amazing. The property could use a little bit of work, if she ever leave I’m out as well. A true gem. "Management has a lot of room for improvement. The leasing team is good but the best part of the property is the maintenance team, especially Fred. Anytime I have an issue with anything in my unit Fred is always quick to respond and fixes/answers any problems with the unit. His hard work maintaining the property is highly commendable. Him and Que definitely carry the workload at the Drift. S/o to them for running the show"
