"I toured Riva yesterday with Tra’Vail. He was more than accommodating and personable given I needed to reschedule and bring along my five year old. Tra’Vail was very knowledgeable on the property and area/proximity to schools and shopping. The apartments were spacious compared to others in the area. I would have never toured based on the exterior (driving by) as they seem a little dated. Glad I actually read the reviews and toured anyway because it was actually just what I was looking for."
"Been here for four years. Great community and location. The apartment is very spacious and updated. We always get compliments on how big our apartment is from family and friends. Michelle and Tra are the sweetest people working in the leasing office. I highly recommend the Riva!"
"We’ve lived in two apartments in three years here at Riva (we moved for more space as our family grew), and we are happy. Visitors always walk in and ask the same question: “Hey. How much do you pay for rent?” Followed by “Are all the apartments upgraded?” The office staff is responsive, and the property is well-maintained (Truth moment: We looked around at the end of our lease; but you cannot beat the amount of space, level of care, neighbors, location, quality and price). We are homeowners (relocated for work) and we’ve definitely been to make this our home away from home. Thank you for the care and professionalism, Michelle and Tra."
"Loving the natural landscape with fruit trees within Riva. Enjoying gardening within the extra large patio for my apartment. Valet trash has been an excellent added convenience of services for Riva. Matching with the onsite recycling services provided. Speaks to the continued efforts on the cleanliness and conservation of Riva's community landscape and curb appeal. Michelle and John are always ready to serve. However, not much has been require during my apartment stay. Keep up the great works."
