I got approved in less than 24 hours and was able to move in immediately after! The place is CLEAN and the community looks peaceful! Thankyou @ Dedmond Atkins for your help! He needs a raise!"

"Wow!!!!!! If the review below mine was true then the lady who was the property manager would still be in the position. I went to the office a few weeks ago and the unprofessional conversations I heard were terrible. I remember when the old management company was here . Desmond was the best thing that happened to this complex. Now it’s just a bunch of people in the office who talk all day but get nothing done. So many of the residents here are moving because of the new office staff. The owners need to find someone else to manage this place because it’s going straight into the ground. By the way the property manager who just left had a very very very foul mouth. She gets smart with anybody and everybody who comes in the office. Such a terrible environment and place to live now."

"Did an application online Thurs. Got a call & email Fri. From Desmond from what I need to do next and from him introducing his self he nice very knowledgeable . Since i didnt do a tour before doing my app he had me tour a 3bed to make sure i like it before he gave me keys He explain everything & answered all the questions I needed I feel safe & the environment is quiet ,clean, I have kids and they also enjoyed everything & there rooms Thank u Desmond for your help I am definitely enjoying my apartment"
