"These are the worst apts to live in Mold my apartment will flood for no reason they don’t fix nothing maintenance walk away doing nothing roach infested I had to pay for my own pest control because theirs don’t work, also I had a squirrel to eat the the wall in one of my kids room it took them. 3 days to come put a border over the hole I lived in apt 10E and they mold in the upstairs bathroom was so bad they had someone come out and they say treat but came back in 24hrs I loved out July 2023 the apt complex is quiet but they don’t take care of their apts"

"I have lived in Oxford since July 24, 1993. I never ever had a complaint until now. The maintainsing of the apartment is getting worst. We need more maintenance personal and a more courteous office atmosphere. I could say a lot more but I will wait"

"This location was so welcoming. I watched the property manager maneuver like a true pro. She prioritized me as I was first and didn't rush me nor think twice about taking me to tour the home in the rain. I went to six different properties today and each time when I requested tour they all paused and looked outside some declined the tour and some you could tell they really didn't want to. Also I really love that I was viewing the exact home that I would be moving into. This eliminates the possibility for any surprises upon the move-in date. the show true preparation and I've already had my walk through. Model units are so overrated and get you trapped into a lease. Tara was so professional and was patient and very informative of everything she took her time but also assured those that were behind me that she would get right to them and when her and I had that are she was assisting them. One personsaid that she has been calling and was not getting any responses and the property manager I assured her that she was not calling the correct number or pretty much was lying. Come to find out the person that she saw the post through was a man and so now they have to look into somebody may be doing some type of subletting which would violate their lease. But I was really happy that I was able to see that the property manager is checks the phone and make sure that the phone is answered even when she was assisting me she continued to answer the phone and multitask. Then while we were touring the home the maintenance man was walking around and in some of the places and while she wastaking me through the door he kind of got in trouble a couple of times because of some things that she saw and she did in the professional way but he knew to get what was wrong right and I saw that she prioritized it. I'm stuck in between two places this may be the one. the main downside is the home is outdated with ugly cabinets and vinal. They also resurface the tubs and counters which are unable to maintain with bleach. The old looking vibe is making me away between the two."

"I have been here for 3 years and if I didn’t want to own my own home, I would live here forever! The entire staff, which by the way is 3 people, are AWESOME! Great place to call home. Every issue I had, which weren’t many had been addressed immediately, followed by a satisfaction survey."
