"I have been living at Morrowood Townhomes for 3 years and I went in today to renew my lease and was greeted by the most sweetest lady I have met in a while. Ms. Flor was the first loving face I seen when I toured the complex and she have the same smile and warmth today. If you ever looking for a fun, friendly place to call home come see Me. "I moved here September of 2023 I haven’t had any issues outside minor cosmetic problems. Maintenance has come to correct any issue I’ve had within 24 hours, except the dry rotted cabinet in the kitchen. I’ve put in work orders since my walk through for it to be repaired, but I was informed that I wouldn’t be held responsible for it and they have certain vendors for those type of things maybe they’ve been on vacation. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars. Update: the cabinet has been repaired, and all is right with my world. I don’t have pests because pest control has been to my unit per my request, it’s quiet with the exception of the kids playing when they’re out of school. My neighbors are quiet, so far it’s been a pretty save environment. I look forward to being here a little longer than my lease is for now. Management team is awesome, Christopher Rocks! I’ve only dealt with the others in the office briefly when bringing in payment and they’ve always had smiles on their faces. Great place to live!"
"I would like to recognize Ms. Flor for her hard work and outstanding customer service she gives to me whenever I have an issue when calling or visiting the office. She has proven through the years how dedicated she is no matter how many times the staff has changed. You can definetly count on her."
"Beautiful neat apartment complex. Chris the leasing specialist was totally professional dealing with us. He guided us through the moving process and with getting all required documentation, GA power and insurance etc . The process was easy and stress free. Thanks to the whole management staff."
