"There were no towels in the room upon entry, my husband left his charger and it was not returned. Nor did they call me back to confirm or deny if it was left in the room. The room all together was just terrible. The baseboard was coming apart. The bathroom faucet was cracked. The furniture inside the room was cracked and damaged. You smelt the odor of smoke upon entering the lobby. The desk clerk upon departure was very friendly."
"The beginning of the stay was horrible. I was called a week in advance spoke with Jordan. Jordan informed me that the early check in fee was going to be waived. At first the General Manager was going to charge us a fee. Upon entering the room there was an odor. There was marks on the restroom counter and the bathtub. The toilet is lose. Everything else was fine until I had use the restroom and Jordan was nasty. I asked to use the restroom and she told me that there was no public toilets. I informed her I have a room and she said you can use it in the room. I was very disappointed in this location."
