"I read reviews and stayed here anyways due to it being pet friendly. I honestly had no issue at check in, friendly desk attendant, slight smell (if ac was on, it wouldn’t have been noticeable). Property and room are clean, I saw no trash or anything drug related. There is a higher ratio of women around haha but there was no noise or issues. Room had microwave and fridge so I went across the street to Walmart and got food for my stay, breakfast is very light. I’d stay here again."

"I stay here becuase the company I work for contracts with them. The service is awful to the point I actually canceled my room and slept in a chair in the breakroom at our terminal once. I had left left some stuff back at the terminal and the driver said he'd drive me back and then once we got to the hotel no one knew what I was talking about and they sent the driver upstairs so I would have to make the choice to either go without my stuff or wait for the next time they went to the terminal (IF they went). So I canceled my room and then the one of the managers (I'm assuming) came down and pretended to be my friend until it was clear that I wasn't going to be getting another room that day. The AC went out and they acted as if I was lying (with double checking they gave me another room). There was another time police had to be called becuase people kept cooking in the room and smoke was barreling out of it. Sometimes there's bugs, water pressure is hit and miss (sometimes its good and sometimes its not but its the small things at the end of my work day), rooms are falling apart, some of the fridges are gutted/ have no shelving. On top of that, I don't know how many hours (usually at least one and up to three on other occasions) for them to make the trip to the terminal to get the drivers. On the trips to and from the hotel and the terminal I usually just close my eyes and hope we don't get into an auto collision, I'd say "accident" if it didn't feel like riding with a "get away" driver everytime I get into their transport van (there is the occasional person that can actually drive i must say). Honestly, tonight was the night. All I wanted was for them to change my room. Not talk back to me, not validate my concern like a child, just fix it.."

"The first time I stayed her I was pleasantly surprised the room was clean quiet and I was very comfortable. I decided to book a room for myself and my family, but the experience was not good. The room was old, dirty, smelled, and definitely not quiet. The customer service wand location was good but I will not stay here again ."

"I was happy this place was clean. The breakfast suck and was purposely put from 6-9 and they had limited selection. No fruit juice and I think a few bananas. Also the bathroom was clean enough to shower. What really needed for it to be perfect new chalking. This room was Four guest they only had 2 towels no wash rags. Face Rag. The doors was the worst. I’m handicap and I couldn’t open it was Jammed. It was the same issue for my teenage son and daughter. It was quiet the reception was bad so you’re forced to use WiFi because it’s down in a hole. But most of all a pleasant stay. Also I wasn’t happy we was charged a deposit. While my white daughter in law was not. So don’t bother about calling for towels. Make sure bring some. Parking is free….."
