"The apartments are not that great but the management is such a mess. We are having issue with Rats and we called the office and left work orders several times but they have been no help. Every time I try to call the office the office it goes to voicemail and there is no call back. I don't think the management understands that not all questions needs to go via email sometime you need to answer the phone. When we go to the office they will say please leave a work order online when they could simply help us at that point. This is not the first time when the management is of no help. They take days to resolve an issue."

"I lived here from Jan 2016 to June 2018. The ppl in the leasing office are ok, I think there was one management change while I was there. The apartments are very old but they are peaceful and quiet. Never had an issue with crime. However they have bad mold, which is why I moved. The windows and sill are always wet even if it hasnt rained. I moved out, did a walk thru with the leasing agent at the time, we both signed off on the paperwork. I look at my credit report a year later and I owe them $1300, I was never sent a bill even tho I left a forwarding address and to this date have not received any kind of list of what exactly I owe them for. They were called Morrow College Apartments then."
