Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta I-75 South, GA

"I debated between a 2 and 3. But if I could give 2.5 I would have Delta put us up in this hotel due to continued delays on our flight. The room was decent and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful but..... There was a strange odor in boh the hallways and lobby, not rooms, thank goodness. It is next to a night club. At about 2am expect loud noises and people screaming at each for about the next hour as they slowly leave the club. Note this was a Friday night. A person at around 5am was banging on all the doors on our floor. He "apparently" forget what room he was in. The staff did take care of it but still, come on! So it may be tough getting any rest here. So if you are given this hotel as a option as compensation from Delta, this was my opinion on my particular stay."

"STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE SMELL. ALSO IN POOR REPAIR. OLD AND MUSTY ! All machines are " sold out" of snacks and drinks. The pool was closed and full of dirty water and trash! The nightclub next door was extremely loud next to impossible to sleep. Horrible.... The clerks were rude and the building smelled of marijuana! Bathroom had 1 towel! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Slept 3 hours got up and left!"

"I was very disappointed with our stay. Usually Country Inn and Suites delivers a very nice stay but definitely not this location. The bed was hard as a rock. The windows were super thin so you heard all the highway noise and booming car stereos all night. Room was in disrepair, bathroom faucet leaked and the ac barely worked and just blew stinky air all over the place. The room was old and outdated as well. The only thing it had going for it was the location. Right next to the highway."

"I booked my room through the choice privileges website several months ago. I used my points to pay for the room. After driving over 12 hours to get there upon check in I’m advised that this hotel doesn’t accept points! Why didn’t anyone inform me of that BEFORE I got there to check in!! I could have found another hotel near there that did!! Since we were tired and hungry I had to come out of pocket and pay for the room! An expensive I did not plan for now on my trip!! I asked for their “best” room! See the pictures below. This place is NOT up to the supposed “Choice Hotels” standards at all!! There were stains and holes in the walls. Missing or broken plug plates. Someone literally wrote on the wall. Hair in the tub. Can’t review the food because after the condition of the hotel I was too afraid to try it! Choice Privilege members beware!!! DON’T STAY at this hotel especially if you are using points!! I’m waiting to see if anyone at Choice Privileges are going to do anything. I got hung up on when I called. I did get a response back on the email I sent saying that it will take up to 5 or 7 days for them to review. I will update this post to let everyone know what they did to make it right!!"

"For the price paid, your dollars are better spent elsewhere. Uncomfortable bed, pool was closed, and poorly insulated windows that let the noise from a biker group in the parking lot resonate in our room until 3am. We called the front desk to complain about the sound but they did nothing to resolve it."
