"Very poor experience, My fiancé first time moving in this area she was shot at in her own car. Now that we have transferred apartments we have gotten a new down stairs neighbor he is constantly making false complaints, He has called the police on us too the point where we have gotten a violation of our lease posted on our front door. We went straight to management as the police requested and he continued to talk over us and didn’t not care to hear our explanation. I have a certified ESA dog, which management have her id on file and also waived the pet fees. Management is now holding this over our heads saying “you have an unregistered dog and this is a violation off your lease”. The neighbor down stairs have been making false complaints saying we are playing loud music, and talking on the phone loud; which is false because both me and my fiancé are gone working 10hrs out of the day. Management then proceeded to tell us that we have to keep our dog locked up in a kennel all day and night to avoid any noise complaints, which we did and today I’m receiving a violation of my lease on my front door without anyone contacting me. We also haven’t had ac for approximately 3 months, my kitchen sink is still clogged and my garbage disposal doesn’t work. The property is dirty, the people here are terrible, and management is no better."

"Warning. If you do not smoke and don’t like the smell of smoke…….. Do not move here. I’ve been dealing with neighbor smoking in apartment which is drifting into my apartment. While neighbor and his/ her family is living comfortable in their apartment me and my family is not. It’s a nuisance. Complained several times. Issue still not resolved even though there is a smoking clause in lease. Found out smoke smell is entering from the closet where the hot water and AC is located smell like someone HotBox in there when you open up closet door smell is AWFUL. So the smoke smell is Entering the vents via that closet and getting into the AC. So, be aware!!!!!! What is the point of moving into another unit and no smoking inside apartment is not being enforced and I get another neighbor that smokes and same thing occur. As tenants we should have the right to breathe clean air. Second hand smoke is just as bad as smoking. Again be aware!!!!!!!!!!"

"The first year living here was PEACEFUL. Felt safe. Any issues I had maintenance wise were taken care of. We even had a courtesy officer on site. Since that first year, I have seen management change twice. First Communities cares nothing about their residents and should reduce the rent based on how unsafe it is now. This year alone I have had my car broken into. I was advised that we only had 2 cameras on the premises that work and of course neither of those cameras work to see who broke into my car. There was a shooting directly next to my apartment building that I have not heard anything else about since it happened. Ms. Diamond is the sweetest she can be and does help as much as she can, but she can only do so much as the only leasing manager. The management itself needs to do a better job at keeping their tenants and the tenants children safe and keeping them up to date about things that are happening around the community."
