"The people in this Chevy Silverado dealership has nothing to do with my comment .............I'm having issues with my Chevy Silverado 2015 transmission. This truck has manufactured recall issues. I've called the Chevy manufacturers and talk to an agent and told him that they need to recall this trucks and replace the transmissions because they seem to give out way too fast.. I just had a transmission replaced last year and only 20,000 mi on it and it give out again.."

"This is the worst and selfish Car Deler I ever been to all they want to do is clean the park a lot they don’t care if they mess up your credit they run your credit over and over and over. They don’t give up at all but every time they run your credit you lose points and they don’t care about that, all they wanna do is take the car off the lot I was there yesterday they kept me there for three hours. They don’t pay attention what the customer wants. I believe they don’t even give you attention to listen to you at all. "He is the worst dealer, I take my suburban 2022 truck, by appointment for a recall, the service had a time of 1:30 2 hours to change the part, after 4 hours I ask for my truck and check and they have it parked, I talk to the girl who attends me and I tell her that it's ready, to which she replies they haven't told me I tell her my truck is standing outside should be ready, to which she tells me that they still haven't touched it since 9 am I arrived and it was already 1 pm, it is disrespectful for a dealer to do this to their customers, they are the worst dealer in Georgia"

"Dropped my car off Friday morning for a minor concern. By Saturday morning there was NO communication from them. After reading some other reviews I became concerned about this lack of communication so I made 3 attempts to get info Saturday. All failed so I told them I'm coming to get my car. They hadn't even looked at the issue yet. To top it off, a woman in front of me Saturday had her car there for a major brake concern since Thursday and they hadn't even looked at her car, either. Absolutely will not return for any reason to this dealer."
