"(online order) Who would've known that a battery exchange will be so complicated...The staff seemed very welcoming at first as I clearly explained that I'm here to (“drop off my old battery and pick up a new battery”). With proof of (receipt). Unfortunately the claim of the “system was down for core refunds” was made. Which they told me to go to any other Advance Auto Parts to try to get the battery and the “refund”. Which was a bust and waste of time. I had to drive to a whole different location just to be denied and have to turn around back to the original store due to them saying they got my battery on the phone with the other locations manager by my side listening to the call. Which I met with “you didn't tell me you wanted a battery” added with dismissive unprofessional behavior. Do not come here."

"Marcus is super awesome!his uplifting personality brought ease to my stressful situation. He helped with my car and answered all the questions I had. We had a bad experience at another advanced auto parts and he apologized on behalf of them and fixed everything with ease.. he is very knowledgeable about cars and helped picked out all the products we needed. I will definitely be back to this location solely based off of this wonderful experience and his attitude to help others and ease stressful situations. Thank you Marcus"
