"I called the day before to schedule an appointment for the next morning. When I get there in the morning my appointment is not in the system. They say they are very busy and will squeeze me in. I arrived a 830 am and had my keys in hand at 10:05 am. Thomas is very efficient and communicated everything I needed to know. This was my first time at this location. "Let me start by saying that I lived in the Smyrna area for almost 15 years. This is one of only three places I ever take my family cars. The staff is always accommodating. It is minutes away from my job. I just recently had my starter replaced. It unfortunately went out on me coming to work on a Tuesday morning. The situation was bad. I was sure it would take some time to fix it. Honestly, I thought at least one day or two. It went in that morning and was done that afternoon. The sales rep was Jerome. He kept me informed from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Thank you, Tires Plus. Even though we have left Smyrna, I am still a loyal customer to this specific location.
