"Easy entry and exit on South Cobb Drive. The store is always clean, organized and in stock. I go for the well mannered, knowledgeable and friendly employees. My vehicles are newer and I’d never attempt to work on the mechanical stuff, but O’Reilly has everything I need to keep my vehicles looking great. They always have plenty of TV antifreeze. While the prices are slightly higher than the big box places, I prefer the available help. O’Reilly’s .com site is next level. Easy to navigate and shop. Also, and this is a big deal to me, I don’t feel like I need to wear my Kevlar vest when I park my car and shop at O’Reilly’s like I do at those other parts shops that begin with A. BRAVO! Recommended"
"I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me, everyone was really nice and patient. Had a dead battery and they tested it for me, and replaced it while it’s really hot and we were all sweaty. Will def be my go to car spot whenever I need it."
"Went here today to replace my battery. Everyone went above and beyond to help me do so. I really appreciate everything you all did. I highly recommend coming here. If I could I would give 10 stars!!!"
"Would not honor their battery warranty on a battery that only they sell. I could no longer find the receipt and some how my number associated with oreilly doesn’t have any battery purchase on it. Which would be to their benefit. Battery has month and year stickers still on it from purchase clearly showing it’s still within warranty period and I couldn’t have purchased this battery from anywhere else. Battery has two stickers showing it was purchased 2/19 and here in 9/21 it isn’t being warranty replaced. Oreillys is the only place you can buy a super start brand battery. As a follow up, I already spoke to customer service the day that I wrote this review at the link that the owner posted, told them the whole situation and was supposed to get a call back from the district or regional manager or something and of course I didn’t. I will not ever do business with O’reilly auto parts again that’s for sure."
