24 Hr Tire Shop

"Piss poor service. 1 star was being generous. My brother had two blowouts and had his car towed there at about 3am (today, 2/15/24). The guy working there had to be woken from his slumber via beeping the horn many times. My brother then called me and told me that guy has a horrible attitude and the guy said the lug nuts are too tight and he can't take the wheels off the car. I end up getting out of bed and brought my own impact gun and removed both of the wheels within 30 seconds. The guy then started pouting like a 5 year old and walked off. When he returned from his temper tantrum, my brother calmly asked him if he could discount the tires since I had to come and do part of his job for him. He then threw another temper tantrum and walked off yet again. We finally convinced this unprofessional clown to just find the correct tires that fit the car so that we can be on our way. AVOID THAT PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! If I had to make the choice of buying some garbage used tires from that place, or leaving my car sitting somewhere on flat tires; well, I guess I'll just have to be without my car for awhile. So to sum it up about this place: they care nothing about customer service or about having high quality air tools. I'd say more, but I've run the battery down on my laptop typing all this."

"Will never return. I had always sworn by this place as they had always been so helpful and quick, and convenient with their hours. On my last visit (around Thanksgiving 2023), I got 4 new (used) tires. I’m now having to have $1500 worth of work done to my car because the tires they put on my car were the wrong size. It damaged the brakes, rotors and calipers. Like I said, I’ll never go back."

"Try to charge me outrageous prices for used tire that I can get for $35 anywhere else. Only stopped because it was convenient to where I was at then I asked him to put the rim on and try to charge me another 30. I’m not paying $100 for a used tire anywhere I go I could’ve gotten a new one for that price. ridiculous. I hate when people think I’m ignorant and insult my intelligence."

"I almost lost my life on the road due to the poor work of this location. My wheel literally almost came off of my car, and the owner refused to Respond to calls and or texts. I had just purchased an upgrade of rim and tires spent a couple thousand dollars on them. The employee tightened the luggnuts so tight that they ate through the metal on my rims ONE ALL 4 OF MY RIMS. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHOP several hundred TO FIX THE BOLTS THAT WHERE SNAPPED OFF. PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES NO BIGGIE. BUT TO REFUSE TO RESPOND TO CALL OR TEXT AND TO REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE COMPANY SHOWS A LACK OF REGARD"

"Went here on a holiday because they are a 24hour shop. Had a nail in previous tire. He replaced tire charge $70 for replacement. After eating Thanksgiving dinner replacement tire is completely flat. Tried to call the tire place the number is not in service or has been changed to a non ply listed number. End having to get a tow at $130 and new tire at $120. Had I known his service would have been trash I never would have gone here it’s a waste. Tire didn’t even last 6-8hours. Avoid this place at all cost."
