"Update: Unfortunately closed (permanently), when I visited Oct 27th 2023. I've been buying batteries from batteries plus for years. I'm thrilled to see a store here on Marietta Hwy. in Canton/Holy Springs. They always have a great selection, their staff is great and I give 10 stars to batteries plus for their warranties, especially the X2Power line. I had bought 2 of the group 65 dual purpose charging/deep cycle and had an issue with them after running both in my 6.0 powerstroke for 2 years. I brought them to the store for tested and walked away with 2 new ones. I will be getting 4 more to use as auxiliary power in the camper van conversion."

"I went to the Holly Springs store today with a battery for my blower that had quit charging. I spoke to a very nice lady and asked her if she had one or could get one or repair this one. After looking for awhile, she did’t have one but looked on the on the internet and told me where to go and the cost. I was ready to buy a new blower until she was so gracious to help me. Since I’m elderly and don’t know a lot about these things, she saved me a lot of money by just being kind and helping me get what I needed. I didn’t get her name but thank you so much for your help. I would recommend this store to anyone. 5 stars for sure."

"Sales associate had no issues selling me the wrong, higher end Battery. Even though I asked multiple times and I could have purchased the wrong one. Not all locations are the same. Don’t rely on knowledge or customer service at this location."

"Had the pleasure of doing business with Riley and the team at the Holly Springs location, and cannot say enough good things about them! I called for help with a shattered phone screen (on a brand new phone no less ) and Riley patiently guided me through how to resolve, ordering my new screen, repaired on time, and followed up from start to finish . Customer service of this level is hard to come by . Thanks Riley!"
