"These people lie about their wait times. You make an appointment just for them to still take 3 hours to change a light bulb socket, they reviewed my car 2 days before and said they would have to order the part, just for me to get here for the repair and now they are saying they need to order a light to fit the socket and that will take another 45 min to arrive for them to finish the repair.. They should have been able to figure out what light is compatible with the light socket they were installing when they first looked at the parts and diagnosed the issue. Please don't waste your time or money here."
"This Goodyear shop really care about their customers. I replaced all 4 tires about 4 months ago and I nearly didn’t get road hazard but the associate recommended it. So I did. Here I am in August with two nails on my rear left and one on my rear right. That road hazard came handy. Saved me over $600!!!!"
"So David is great at working with what he’s got - everyone is paid too low for the demand this location has. You’re gonna wait. But David runs the place fair and tells you like it is. That’s worthy of 5 stars *if you don’t know by now that wherever you go you’re going to wait, all I can say is you weren’t the only one who moved here! You’re gonna wait- from the oil change all the way to the Hospital in Canton. Demand is up, along with with corp profits and CEO pay. Don’t take it out on the front line."
