Alex personally came out to my car and diagnosed each problem, recommended the best parts, and fixed each one himself. Even changed my windshield wipers, and went as far as to show me how. "I came to this store looking for coolant and washer fluid for my German vehicle. unfortunately they did not have the coolant but sales associate Anthony went above and beyond and called 2 local stores for me one of which had it. "I come in to buy a battery and as advertised, I expected for the battery to be installed as well, but unfortunately David shot that down quickly. He said that I’d have to take it to a technician being that there’s a computer located on top of my battery. I told him it’s not. He says to pop your hood, I do and like I said no computer on top of my battery.. then he makes another excuse and says well I’d have to unplug these cords here.. I let that go.. though my last battery was purchased from AUTOZONE and INSTALLED within 15 minutes. I buy the battery and I was just curious about the return policy.. he says as long as you don’t install the battery that I can return it, but that’s not what the policy says online. It’s devastating that as a store manager you’d treat a customer like this.. makes me feel as if I wasn’t accommodated because of the color of my skin. Won’t be returning here for sure."
"Needed a battery. Called store and Danny said bring my car in and he would take a look. He said he could handle the job. He gave me several choices of batteries and them installed my selection for me. Very nice gentleman and pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you."
