"Hit a piece of wood in the middle of the road and my tire pressure started going down within minutes. I was close to Herbert so decided stop and have them check my tire. Joe approached me and took a look at my tire said there was a small hole near the sidewall and they couldn’t patch it for liability reasons. He told me to take it to where I purchased my tires from. I asked to see the hole and he reluctantly obliged. He flat out lied to me as the hole was nowhere near the sidewall. He just didn’t want to patch it. Thankfully, another guy that worked there ended up patching the tire for me. My children’s father and I have come here to have work done on our vehicles several times in the past but I can assure you that we will NEVER be back."
"I was in need of an oil change so I stopped in Herbert Automotive. I was greeted immediately by Stephanie. She was very nice and conversational while my truck was in the shop. The service was quick and I was in and out. Joe came in to let me know the job was completed and gave me a run down of the work that was completed (multipoint inspection on fluids and brakes etc) and that I'm about halfway to needing a brake job. I know where I'll be going to get them changed. I highly recommend this shop!"
"Moved here in this area in 2006. Been using these guys since. Many management changes, ownership ect. I will say many not competent in the past but going in today to get my van service it felt like it was back in the day! Excellent service! Felt good leaving my van for oil change tires ect Thank you for bringing Joe back. Feels good to have someone with the knowledge & a personal touch. Thank you Joe!
