"We have always been well taken care of by Nichelson Auto. We had an oil change on Friday and brought the car back in for a couple of recommended repairs on Monday. We drop the car off and pick it back up before closing. This works well for us as we live reasonably close by, but they have also offered to take me home if that would help. "I would like to thank Nichelson Auto Repair for being my hero. Last week on my way home from picking up my Great Grandson I had a flat tire and knew I couldn't make it home but didn't want to wait for hours on the side of the road with a baby waiting on AAA. I started driving home watching the air in my tire slowly leak out then I saw Nicholson’s and pulled in hoping the could help me. Burt was kind and told me they would look at my tire without an appointment. Remember I had my 19 month old Grandson with me and was dreading the wait with him hungry and wanting his breakfast. While they were working on my car Dave entertained my little guy and they fixed my tire in record time. I was on my way home in less than an hour. Thanks Dave and Bert for making a bad day bearable."
"I take all my family’s vehicles to Nichelson Auto! They are professional, do a great job and don’t do work that is unnecessary. All the places I’ve taken my truck to before have shorted me on oil. Nichelson recognized my truck has a second gen 5.0 coyote V8 and put the correct amount of oil. Instead of replacing the brakes they machined the rotors so I could get the full life out of the brake pads. I’m very impressed with their service and people. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!!"
