"Be careful here. Whether in to get a nail out of my two year old rear tire. The tech said they couldn't patch my tire due to low thread volume. My tire has 5000 Miles on it and the thread is fine. Then I was told I needed 4 new tires! That was a signal to go some place else I went to another tire dealer they patched my tire problem solved"

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in inquiring about a tire and the man working the front desk seemed irritated by my inquiry. I had called prior (guess I had called a different location by mistake) and mentioned that I had called. Rather than trying to figure out what I needed help with and seeing if this location was able to help me, he was ONLY focused on the fact that he had not spoken to me on the phone prior. He asked me zero questions about my car and had zero interest in providing good customer service. Only wanted to convince me I called the wrong location, which was the least of my concerns while currently having a flat tire on a Sunday. Just wanted some help without the bad attitude. I would recommend spending your money and time elsewhere. Lost my business very quick!"
