"I have been searching for a professional and reliable mechanic for some time since moving to Canton. I received an ad from Killian Automotive containing coupons for reduced price services. I got the ad in Oct 22 but just recently went to Killian for service (Dec 23). They honored the coupon and gave me timely, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced service. "My water pump went out on my dodge challenger. Was going to take it to a dealership when I read their reviews. I called a lot of shops BUT when I called Killian and spoke to Bobby I felt so comfortable. Like I was talking to a family member. He was patient with my questions no matter how many times I called back. I was only allowed 15 miles for tow and they were approximately 16.5 so I paid the extra to get it to them and Ubered when it was time to pick up. It took them 1 instead of the 2 days to complete. Meredith my service advisor was on top of everything. I highly recommend them, and I will always utilize them moving forward. "
