"On tonight at 2 AM I received Piss poor customer service!!! The manager refuse to say her name for my review!!!! She’s awful and deserves nooooo place in management!!!! Your shift leader on today’s date, which is 01/02/ 24 @ 2 am was THE WORST!! It’s noooo way you see these reviews and don’t care. This has been my 3rd time trying to patronize you all and every time was awful!! Improve your business!! It’s 2024"

"Every time I come here they don’t have Wings or Mozzarella sticks and I always get an LG drink because they keep putting way to much ice and still getting an LG it was more ice then anything. So make sure you all have Products available if not put an sign up I would recommend asking for Light ice"

"I was at this location at 12:20 a.m 10/14/23 and was told that they are not taking orders right now. The restaurant is fully staffed. They even had someone to come outside to say tell the cars to turn around they are not taking any orders. The lady at the drive through speaker was extremely rude and threatened to call the police if I do not leave. I came in peace I was only there for food.They called the cops on me for trying to order a burger. GHETTO"

"My experience here was horrible. I ordered the mix and match meal. I wanted two chili dog fries and a drink. I told them no chili just ketchup and mustard only. I confirmed by asking what comes on the chili dog they said ketchup and mustard only. I said okay. I got to the window, got my food, and checked my hotdog it had ONIONS on it. I waited 3 minutes for someone to come back to the window and I told them I DID NOT want onions. The person in the back making food came up to the window with an ATTITUDE and said “YOU DIDN’T SAY NO ONIONS” I proceeded to tell her I asked what comes on the hotdog and ONIONS was not mentioned. She snatched the bag and took the hotdogs out the bag and put them “grease” I thought the were GRILLED hotdogs and sent them back out without anything on them. I then asked her where is the ketchup and mustard for the hotdog. She then argued I said no ketchup and mustard. I was over it then so I asked for ketchup and mustard packets. She gave me ketchup and said “ WE DONT HAVE NO MUSTARD, GOODBYE” and closed the window. This is the most unprofessional place ever. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I’m on vacation in the Atlanta area. Definitely ended horribly with this unprofessional mess. If I could give ZERO stars I would."
