"Food is delicious and fresh. Customer service while on-site making a purchase is good, but try getting an issue resolved. We picked up an online order at the drive-through, and later noticed some of the sides were missing. The same sides we paid extra for and was told were were on the bottom of the bag were missing. We've gone through the online process of acquiring a refund and still nothing, almost 3 weeks later. Still waiting on a response."
"I have loved this place for many years. The last 2 visits I have not received whole pieces of fish. Literally slithers of fish. Very disappointing and not what I paid for. Look at other pictures and look at what I received. Maybe this is how they treat customers later in the evening on Friday. I asked about the size of the fish and the question was shrugged off with a remark about "maybe it's how they cut the fish ". Very dismissive but you don't go to this type of establishment for the customer service. Terrible response about what is obviously a big drop in quality but not a surprise since this same lady went back and forth with me about french fries when she first began working on Friday nights. You've been warned, The current operation is not the same quality we are used to. I also was given hard fries. Not a great experience."
"Anytime I want fried fish this is my spot. You can fulfill your fried and sweet tooth craving here! Plenty of baked goods to choose from. My whiting was delicious and the half & half (arnold palmer) drink was BUSSIN. We considered coming back just for the drink lol. The coleslaw and tartar sauce has to be made in house because they add so much flavor to your fish. I’ve only gotten fried fish and fish sandwich so I’m not sure about other items. May try something new next visit."
"Food is amazing. The chicken and shrimp superb sandwiches are seasoned perfectly and the ingredients are perfectly proportioned. The wings are amazing as well. Great customer service and fast service."
"Visited with my family and friends last weekend after a baseball game. We ordered the family FISH & SHRIMP meal. Includes: 10pc whiting, 1/2 shrimp, 6 hushpuppies & XL fry or slaw. We added a gallon lemonade. However, I'd recommend if you're Dine-IN be sure to have your own cups and ice. I was charged $1.50 for medium cups, no lids and no ice. Overall, the shrimp were delicious, food was fresh and prepared timely. However, the customer service could be better and more pleasant."
