"This location is by far the worst I’ve seen in any auto parts store.. 3 employees and only 1 can do returns, they know absolutely nothing about vehicles.. save yourself some time and go down the road to O’Reillys"

"Had what I needed, with everything I between. Helpful staff, clean and organized store, as well as getting me what I needed even when they didn't have exactly what I needed. That's a very personal thank you to these people who have helped me beyond employee/worker status. That's people who care and it really shows, thank you."

"Very disappointed in the service at this store unless dealing with the store manager Ted. Every experience with any other employee at this location is terrible. I've been buying parts from this store regularly for many years including engines and ever since the commercial rep Kevin left, the service has gone down hill quickly. Ted does his best but you can call up and speak with other employees get told we don't carry that and have Ted say that's crazy we do carry it. For instance a small block chevy electronic ignition cap and rotor. Was told one day they don't carry it from the square body era. Which is just nuts. They carry all of that. Today I called about a battery cable for an 85 c20, Kennesaw store had the part. The sales person said oh we can't get that for two or more days, knowing local parts generally are same day or next morning if coming from a store close by. This same person cannot be understood over the phone and sounds like he's high on something with slurred speech. Each time he answers the phone I know it's not going to be easy to find a part with him I'll have to call back Monday for Ted. If they weren't but 1 mile away I wouldn't bother giving them my business..."

"They were one of the few places that had the part that I needed in stock. When I went in, an employee saw that I was using a walker because of my recent back surgery and he promptly open the door for me and he got the part I needed, and, when I asked how he might solve the problem, he gave me a helpful out-of-the-box suggestion based on his many years as an army mechanic, and it was something that I would never have thought of myself, and it was very helpful!"

"False advertising. They refused to install the battery, saying it was too difficult to do and took too long. There were multiple employees, so no shortage of workers. We bought a battery and my husband, who has very little knowledge of cars, installed it within 15 minutes. Had to buy it here out of desperation. Will not return. I was not informed of the refund when returning the old battery either. Luckily, my husband knew."
