"I was looking for a place to put air in my tires. Checked quick trip and the hose fitting was broken. Checked race track and you had to pay $2 to pump and it was broken after I paid of course. I drove down the road a bit because we are new to the area. I was not in the best mood. I was blessed when I happened to notice a tires plus and did not know if they would let me pump the air. Right away the manager said to pull around. Then the mechanic, I wish I had gotten his name, not only put the air in for me for free but he noticed the caps were missing and put them on without me asking! That extra effort and the service with a friendly smile changed my mood completely and I would strongly recommend them!"
"I called due to a dead battery. I was told that they were all booked up. I asked if I could bring the car in the next day. Surprisingly, I was told that they were all booked up on the next day, too. So, I brought my car to Goodyear, who was happy for my business. I'm surprised that they could not squeeze me in for an emergency.."
