"Mavis has always been my go to for any car needs. The staff here are amazing and they take the time to explain in detail or even show their customers what they may or may not need. I appreciate this center so much due to the fact that the staff has never made me feel like I’m being taken advantage of and has always been very honest and realistic with me on something that needs immediate attention or if it’s something that you can stretch out. They care about the safety of their customers and the integrity of their business. One visit I had asked Jesus to check my brake pads during an oil change, he came back out and let me know they were still fine and there was no need to replace them yet. He is pleasant every visit as well as Dee and David! When I come here I know I’m going to be taken care of compared to nightmare situations with dealerships trying to get you for every little thing. They also take into account their guests time and have on more than one occasion discounted something for me for the wait. I’ve never expected it due to how hard they work and the quality of their work, but it doesn’t go unnoticed and it’s very much appreciated! You guys are the best!"

"I called when my TPMS light came on, and was able to get an appointment within 1.5 hours the day before a holiday. The crew was extremely helpful and friendly. Dee came out and explained everything to me without having any sales agenda and just had a really great personality. "I had received great service a few months ago when I had a tire with a slow leak and I now needed a second opinion so I decided to go back to them. Boy am I glad I did! My dealership told me I needed all new brakes ASAP at a cost of over $650.00. The manager at Mavis had time to immediately look at my vehicle and took me back in the shop to show me each of my brakes. Every one still had 60% of life remaining! He was honest and didn’t charge me anything!!! I so appreciate the honesty and he even remembered me and my family from our last trip in from a few months back. Great service! "Employee ran my car into the brick wall while pulling into the bay for a job flat tire. Had my car for 3 1/2 weeks without offering a rental. Didn’t do proper quality control and tried to pass off a repair that wasn’t complete. Zero apology offered when I brought up the fact that the repair wasn’t done completely and correctly, just a resigned “leave it here and we’ll call the auto shop in the morning.” So I can go ANOTHER month dealing with this? Ugh. Save yourself the headache and go another tenth of a mile down the road to literally any other tire place."
