"Extremely disappointed with my experience at Canton Chevrolet's service shop. Went in for a routine oil change and ended up needing two new tires. The staff assured me they ordered the tires promptly and scheduled a return visit for the installation. However, two weeks later, after patiently waiting, I called to inquire about the status, only to be told a story about the tires being delayed due to storms in Mississippi. Two more days were promised, but when I called again, I was informed that the tires were never ordered. Unacceptable lack of communication and follow-through. Frustrated and let down."

"Set up an appointment for my new Silverado, a week out for 7:30am on a Friday. There is a loud vibration under the truck bed near the exhaust and something is loose in the back seat. Took a video of the so rep could hear the exhaust sound, to help isolate the issue, service rep was in was in a bad mood. His response was nothing abnormal there, probably not worth tech looking at it. So, I took him out to the bay where the truck was sitting and started it up. His response was that was not normal. The issue is he was a complete jerk and attitude was off the chart. Felt like I was a burden and inconvenience to them. Asked to speak with the manager, was not much better, and started conversation by telling me he must support his service reps first. Found that interesting as I was not aware that the service reps paid the bills, I thought the customers did. Regardless, he drove the truck and was telling me nothing wrong with the truck. At this point I made the decision that no way I would want these folks ever touching my vehicle. After driving to a different service center, they found that the spare tire heat shield was rubbing against the exhaust. Brand new vehicle, and I will not be taking to this place for and service work in the future. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and the worst customer experience I have ever had at a dealership."

"We were negotiating for a Honda Ridgeline in our town in Middle Georgia and felt that we were getting the run around instantly. We called Chevrolet of Canton and they were helpful, prompt, and courteous. We started online moved to calling and then negotiated over text message. We picked up the car after 15 minutes in the dealer, got the best price in the state (trust me, we did our research) and were never “sold” only “supported” throughout the process. So grateful to have gotten the help we needed. Kudos to Lee and the whole team."

"I bought my car going on 9 months now from here. Sometimes when buying a car, you feel like you have to role play scenarios so you don't get robbed by the dealer. That was unnecessary here. This was the easiest vehicle purchase. I've had harder transactions with hand-me-downs from family. It was fresh off the truck. The financing segment was quick and the exact price I expected. The test drive was excellent with highway driving. And the car has been excellent since I drove away."
