"8/25-Called with an AC system not working. David, who knows our systems well came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and has taken steps to get the necessary part as quickly as possible. when the part arrives he will return to repair the system. 8/28-David returned with a new blower motor, replaced the part, and tested the system to working order. Great job! 9/2 - Scheduled maintainance on both systems. As always, David was on time, thorough, checked inside and outside, gave me a thorough review of what he found and an idea of things to look at in his next full service and an idea of cost. He will return for quarterly service/review in December. I understand where things stand and he, as always, was professional. 2/5 - Just replaced the primary HVAC system in our house with a new Carrier. The whole process was handled professionally with timely and neat service by courteous personnel. Who can ask for more than that?"

"I’ve used this company a few times and each time has been pleasant. My tech, Tyler is so professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He really took his time to explain everything about the HVAC repair to me and he knows what he is doing! I had an after hours service call and he came right away. Tyler diagnosed the issues and repaired them. I will not use any other company. They have their stuff together!"

"Russ did a great job of going over what was appropriate for our house and highlighting the options and advantages. He was extremely responsive and we were up and running in short order. The install team did a really smooth installation and they. have followed up to make sure that everything is in order. I expect to be with them for a long time."

"I called for after hours service for our A/C that went out. It was about 90 degrees in our home. I have a contract with a company but they could not fit me in that evening. Dyess did though!! The tech kept me informed of his possible arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and quickly found the problem and fixed it. The cost was much less than I anticipated given the situation. The tech even told me the part was a warranty item, which I had no ideal and saved me money!! I definitely recommended Dyess! Above and beyond service!!"

"Haved used them twice. Very professional and very quick service. Lighting took my AC out Friday night, called them Sat morning, tech who was actually the service manager was there around lunch, determined outside compressor was toast, new unit put in first thing Monday morning. I will never call anyone else. They earned my future business for sure. You cannot go wrong with these guys."
