"Great property aside from TERRIBLE PARKING. The insides are nice but the management staff is terrible. There was a dead mouse and a ton of poop all over the kitchen and basement when we toured. When we got the keys, the mouse was gone but the poop was all still there. Management was so unresponsive that I had to clean it myself. The management was awful to get a hold of and did not act like they cared"

"We lived here for 2 1/2 years. The management of this property is non-existent. They are not on property so tenants are easily forgotten. Over our duration of living here there were 5 different property managers. When making a complaint, nothing was taken care off. We had horrible tenants to the left of us for the first 6 months who thumped and blasted music and television. We tried to communicate with our neighbors first, with no change, then made multiple complaints to management and nothing was ever done. Upon moving out we communicated with the property manager about pro-rating our rent, we were told it was taken care of, and then we were charged the full amount, more than $900 more than they were supposed to charge. When called, we were told “oh we forget as we were both on vacation and oh, we do not have checks right now, so you will have to wait”. It was always one thing after another and we never knew who to call because the turn over rate was horrible. It is just horrible management for this property. No one checks on the property, no one truly cares. I would not suggest moving here."

"Houses are updated on the inside. Forget about having company over or having more than 3 people own a car and trying to live here. Parking is terrible. You’d think with how much the rent is that they would be able to make more parking for the people that live here."

"We have rented here since 2012. Since ownership changed to Morgan Properties we have seen consistent negative changes. Rent continues to hike up each year and there is little in the way of amenities. There is black mold in one of our bathrooms and in the cellar. We have reported it several times and it has been treated once with no real improvement. Plowing is hit or miss. The maintenance crew have been wonderful when they come to make repairs. They are friendly and professional. Hazel in the office is consistently rude and raised her voice at me once on the phone when I was snowed in and the road had not been plowed at all. I needed to make it to work at the hospital. Christine in the office is professional and understanding. I don't recognize any of the five star reviewers as neighbors."
