"Every time the 505 bus passes me I breathe in a fresh whiff of cancer. Put a cat on that bus ur def breaking emissions laws idek how u pass inspection with that cancer polluting bus. I can smell it 3 blocks away. Whenever I smell exhaust I go "the 505 walnut bus must be nearby" and then I see it hahahaha"
"I didn’t plan on living here this year until late July. But I couldn’t have been happier where I ended up. The complex is beautiful, and the rooms have all you need and more. The staff has been nothing but accommodating and helpful all year and has truly helped make it an even better living experience."
"If you know what is good for you and you want peace of mind, do not live here!! Do not be deceived by the nice building and amenities, this place is trash. The management preys on and scams young, vulnerable college students for money. It has been a headache having to deal with the management ever since I moved in a year ago. They are not willing to work with the university and students during this pandemic as all they care about is money. Take other reviews into account and put your money somewhere else. As someone who has lived here and knows of others who have also lived here, signing a lease here would be the worst mistake you'll ever make."
"Had a nice tour with Ashley and loved seeing her dog Kurt. The model was really nice and I could see myself enjoying living here. You can tell everything is new and they are still installing new amenities. Also the cafe looked really popular."
"The people that work here are absolutely amazing! The apartment are so nice, quality for a great price. I highly recommend living here if you can. Great management, great location. Also there’s an incredible coffee shop in the same building!"
