"Aaron manor town homes is possibly the worst place you could possibly live. I have rented for 2 years our basement has flooded 5 times in that span and they have done nothing to address the issue so its a matter of time until it happens again. Our power trips if we use the stove and any other appliances at the same time. There answer to me is the place is old it happens. They only have 1 maintenance person for 3 propertys. They mow once a month and there snow removal is awful. They will raise your rent by 100 dollars a year. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here it will be nothing but problems for you."
