"I moved here a year and half ago and truly have had nothing to say but nice things to say. First of all when ever I need something they are there and it got done. Last winter when we got hit with a lot of snow Roland and the apartment did a Great Job keeping it kept up! Also the BEST thing was when I witnessed Cecilia out there the other day with a blower on her back and was blowing away all the leaves and stuff in back yard and through out the Complex. She runs this complex and sits in the office and when I asked her what she was doing she replied it has to get DONE! Nothing but respect to them all !!! Very happy I moved here! Thank you all for what you do!!! Nothing but Gratitude and THANKS!"

"I wish I could remember ALL accounts of disgust and disbelief living here… Birds nesting in our oven hood vent, electrical outlets catching on fire, roofs retaining water, windows falling out, 30-40 year old kitchen fixtures, unruly neighbors, no parking, taking forever to fix things …now our rent is being raised $225 dollars for the next year?!?!?! UPDATE: The $225 was for an ugly balcony that was installed in a day and left a complete mess. Now our roof is leaking. I wish you put a new roof on instead."

"AWFUL PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE! We lived here for a year and nothing but bad things happened. We had 2 horrible floods in 5 months because the property is so poorly managed. Maintenance has absolutely NO idea about anything. We lived in a stinky apartment after the first flood for 2 months because at first they refused to change the carpet. We had holes in our wall for a month because they were just too lazy to come back and fix it in a proper time. It took them 8 months to fix my heat. I went almost all winter with no heat. When the first flood happened, it was 3am and raining in my living room, I called the emergency maintenance line, and his exact words were “well I’ll be there in 5 hours” .. After the second flood, I had about half my ceiling gone in the living room for more than a month before they fixed it, and it had an awful smell. I understand things take a while to dry, but not as long as they decided to wait. And when they painted, the color didn’t even match. Management is AWFUL. We went through 4 managers in the year we were there because it was so bad. I kept emailing one manager because no one would come fix the holes in my wall, and her exact email back to me was “there’s no need to keep emailing me, it doesn’t make anything happen faster” .. NEVER STAY HERE! I would never recommend this place, or ANY Barrington residential place, as my friend went through ALL the same things, in a different complex owned by the same people. BEWARE!"

"I’ve been here over a year and a half and have overall had a pleasant experience. There was some turnover for a stretch of time, but the new property manager, Andrea, is working diligently to restore the quality residents had previously experienced. Turnover in maintenance staff is beyond management control but I’ve had several recent work orders performed professionally and correctly by Miguel. I am pleased with the turn around and am confident that any issues brought to Andrea’s attention will be addressed accordingly."
