"Went in for a hand soap and they were on a great sale! So I stocked up. Also checked the app and found out I had two coupons to use so I got a free candle and a free hand cream. Staff was super helpful in helping me shop even though it was busy. They still made time to help me understand what the coupons could be used for and showed me which candles would work with the coupons. Helped me pick a scent I love. Great experience. I love shopping this location."

"Love bath and body works and every bath and body works I have visited, usually an associate will come up and welcome me and ask me if I need any assistance. I walked in to the clifton park BBW and received a dirty look from an associate restocking a shelf. I then noticed that another associate kept following behind me, without asking me if I needed help or anything. I noticed as well that every person that came in after me was greeted and asked of they needed help finding anything. When I went to check out, the customers before me were greeted and met with kind energy and when I got to the counter I was met with an attitude. I would hate to say that because of the color of my skin, is the reason why I was treated in that manor but that is the way it felt as at that time. I hope no one else experiences this and I will not return to this location even though it is right across from my place of work"

"The young lady at the door was super helpful. She directed me to some new items. She had me sample a new fragrance, She happen to like. It was called Amethyst Wave. I bought some as well! She informed me of current sales. She helped me find the item I initially went in there for. A great experience!! Not pushy, Nor did she ignore you. Just the right amount of assistance."
