"Had my vehicle in for a collision repair. Initially upon not getting a call that it was complete, we called them. Apparently it had been done, but nobody could find the paperwork from the insurance company for payment. After about 20 minutes they found it and I went to inspect the vehicle. Opened the door that had been damaged and found a very course caulk bead, from their repair, that had been painted over. I pointed it out to the owner and he took the vehicle back for another 2 days. After a month, I realized my rear passenger door window would not go down. I brought it back to Ralph's for inspection. The owner was extremely rude and combative. Apparently he doesn't feel the need to check his work before sending it back to the customer. He informed me that he did not have to work on my vehicle. But then took it anyway. Called on the phone and outright lied to us about the issue telling me the window lock was on.. it was not as u was able to roll every other window down from their individual switches. Stay away!!!!!"
