"Updated after more visits. Body shop treated me _very_ well (see later below), but... The bad: mechanical service department wasted a lot of my time repeatedly scheduling work, each time holding my vehicle for a day or two but then not getting to it, sending it away again w/o even looking at it. Then they scared my wife into paying them twice the high end of the typical price range for a break job. The good: After hitting a deer, I brought in my RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid, explained I _need_ it to get to work so could not leave it there until parts with unknown long lead times come. Although damage would make it risky to run the gasoline engine, they quickly got it to where I could run it in pure EV mode until parts came. They completed the repairs quickly when parts came & provided friendly informative service."

"Everyone at NYE was extremely accommodating! I was in need of service after getting my Corolla towed to the dealership on a Saturday, the service writer was more than helpful. I live 2 hours from NYE so while they were working on my car, I was able to keep in touch with them via text message and they were very responsive.
