Immaculate Mobile Detailing

"These are photos of my vehicle AFTER the job was finished. He claims he doesn’t do the trunk…..on a $240 interior only job. He took $20 off when I complained about the work. But I still had to spend time cleaning my car after he left. I told him about the pet hair in the car before he arrived, he got the site and agreed to the job. I told him before arriving I do not have water or electricity for the job. He proceeded to say he will get an inverter for his SUV. When he got here we ended up using the outlet on a building near my unit. He was caught and decided not to finish the job. Why did he not go with his original plan for electrical? Unknown. He started at 2:39pm and finished my car at 3:49…. Barely an hour was spent on my car. I have the messages from when he got here and when he called me out to get my car. When I complained about the job he cussed me out and THREW my keys at me. I got so scared at how he was behaving I feared he would hurt me, I just had to beg him to leave. Very bad business I will be getting the footage from the business that we were in front of. I will be proceeding in court."

"Thank you so much Ian for an amazing experience getting my 8 yr old car detailed! The outside looks amazing & the inside is even better!! My mom had a husky mix for years that got hair all over the backseat when we would take her to the vet or rides. I wouldn’t have been able to get that kind of hair vacuumed out myself. I’m a smoker as well & it smelled horrible of smoke & he made it smell so amazing & took the smoke smell away! Ian even kept me updated as he was working letting me know where he was at in the process & how long it would take. It was not long. Only a few hours even with all that dog hair. I would 100% recommend Ian’s business to any one!! Oh & ps the drivers floor looks dirty because my mom got in to drive it & had dirt on the bottom of her sandals. So that’s all on us. :)"
