"If I could give you a lower rating I would. Not only was I given very poor service, but paid to have my car checked out because it was having issues with the front end and needed an inspection. So first of all I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, they told me to drop it off at 9:30 in the morning. I asked them to check out my passenger tire and wheel because there was a slight wobble. Visible while driving, could move it about a half in from side to side. Not only did they not even get my car in the day it was scheduled to get done, they didn't answer when I called to try to find out what was going on but I was forced to leave it there all weekend because they never returned my calls. I get a hold of them Monday about midday and they told me that they had to order apart because it was also stalling when I would go into neutral so I wouldn't have it back until Tuesday at some time. Wasn't too happy at this point but trusted them anyway. So they did fix the stalling problem but I never got a call at all Tuesday and tried calling them to find out if it was being worked on or what the hell was going on, again no answer. I had to get a ride there to wait another 20 minutes and they said my car was inspected and they fixed the stall issue and said they looked at the passenger wheel and found nothing wrong. Said it was good to pass for inspection. Funny thing is I had to bring my car, I choose another shop because they didn't fix my passenger wheel issue. You could clearly feel something was wrong as soon as you drove it and it still wobbled. So... either they lied to me and never even touched or looked at the wheel because the second place I brought it lifted it and found the issue I knew was wrong, the outer tie rod was worn-out and needed to be replaced... you guys charged me quite a bit just to replace a simple switch as you put it to fix the stall issue but never touched the passenger wheel... and let it out of your shop saying it passed inspection... with a bad tie rod. You told me you test drove it and if you really did you guys must really not know what the hell you're doing. You inspected my car which should have never been let out with that problem. To over look such a thing... honestly I wouldn't trust you with anyone's car ever . And I'm looking into what I can do about turning you in for passing my car and saying everything was good. You guys honestly probably do this to so many other unsuspecting people.. another funny thing you didn't know. I went to school for what you guys do for a living too! Yea, I took automotive technology and was ASE certified myself! And before you became Hubbs auto, I did my internship at the very place you are, when it was sherrill automotive Former owner was Rob.. Great guy and an honest mechanic. Unbelievable! Worst shop I've ever been to. If I had my own equipment to get the job done I know for a fact I would have done bettter than you guys. As a girl, I hadn't know if you just didn't care or are lazy or what your damn problem is but what you did for me was absolutely unexcetable. You guys should not be certified and I'm turning you in for this. Good luck."

"Hubs was able to get my vehicle in and have it fixed in 2 hrs it turned out to be a loose wire and instead of taking me for a few hundred dollars they were very honest and had it up an running in no time I would highly recommend them to anyone"

"These guys are great! My daughter was having a problem with her steering rack leaking. She brought it to Monro and they told her it was going to be over $1900...$1300 just for the steering rack. I told her to go to Hobbs and it was $690... for EVERYTHING. They charged her $250 for the rack. How can 2 different shops charge such a huge difference??? GREED. Thank you Hobbs auto. I'll be sending everyone to you."
