"I have had several bad experiences now. I used to trust this location a couple years ago when Justin was managing (although I would avoid days he was off). The last few times, my car has sat here for an entire day without any updates, only to be told they didn’t have time to get to it and to reschedule. I am honestly very patient and understand being understaffed, but this happened multiple times in a row which is frustrating. On one occasion, the fill-in manager from a Syracuse location immediately shared with me how incompetent Justin was at managing which seemed bold as he had just met me. Even though I always have an appointment, three times Steve has been visibly annoyed/ upset that I showed up to my appointment because he didn’t have time and was understaffed. The worst thing that had happened is when I brought my van in due to difficulty steering/controlling after my husband drove over railroad tracks too fast. Steve had it for at least 8 hours. When I called him to ask if he had looked at it yet, he told me they had looked and couldn’t find anything wrong. So I picked it up and drove it to another mechanic who wouldn’t allow me to drive it as soon as he looked behind the tires. I had broken stabilizer bars, struts, and control arms both front and rear. My insurance adjuster couldn’t believe I was even able to drive it without crashing and stated there was no way Monro had even looked at my vehicle. Over $2000 in damage was missed. This last appointment was made by my husband against my wishes just to get my new vehicle’s oil changed. It was made 3 days in advance. They had my 2024 Kia Telluride for about an hour then called and said they couldn’t change my oil because they were completely unable to order my oil filter as my car is “too new.” I am not sure how this location remains open with the amount of times work and revenue has been completely avoided."

"New tires were fine, said we needed new front brakes, told them go ahead. Issues after front brakes were done. Rear brakes issues. Rude employee said they did nothing. How'd the tires get put on. Said we needed new rear and maybe new calipers. Was told couldn't get car back due to driveway work. Took car to another shop and had new rotors on all 4 with shoes for a lot less than what they were quoting. Calipers were fine. Never again. Escalated with customer service and district mgr, no response at all. Terrible experience I will tell everyone about!"

"The service was good. I had an inspection done. Though the appointment was at 1230, my vehicle wasn't bright in until after 100. Other than that, everything else was good."
