"We just starting looking into upgrading our truck & test drove a RAM 1500 Bighorn at NYE in Oneida. It was the same truck as we were driving - just a few upgrades with better gas mileage. We worked with Zach Wells & Brian Ladd & our experience was VERY easy. Zach had the truck waiting & while we test drove, he worked out an estimate for a trade. He wasn't pushy, just informative & efficient. Brian let us know about extended warranties & additional services we could take advantage of. We stayed in communication while the dealership was closed & decided on day 2 to buy. After 30 minutes of paperwork, we were on our way home. We will definitely visit NYE when it comes time to shop for a vehicle again."

"We had an issue with our Jeep Grand Cherokee just after we left our house on our way for a long trip (1,400 mile drive). While on the road I called another Jeep dealer in the same area as Nye who would not accommodate us and told us they couldn’t see us for a week (which with a packed vehicle including 2 dogs was not going to work). I spoke with Andrew at Nye and he was willing to fit us in to check the engine codes. He took us in immediately when we arrived and with his master mechanic diagnosed the issue and cleared our codes. The team at Nye had us back on the road within 1/2 hour and allowed us to continue our trip uninterrupted. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!"
