"Had all the correct information for my vehicle. The parts specialist gave me the wrong parts for my car, and then when I went back in after I had figured it out, they were saying they didn't have it in stock but on the website it was & I even showed them specifically which part finally they gave the right ones but I had to go back again because they couldn't refund or exchange without the card I purchased with. Not very knowledgeable, and it seems they didn't care & were too busy talking with each other instead of giving better customer care."

"Employees park their personal vehicles against the curb in front of the store. None of them have a shirt depicting they work at the store. They look as if they just rolled out of bed and came there. Employee assisting me was trying to give me incorrect parts and wouldn't listen....I will go elsewhere from now on. Place has gone way downhill since a few years ago."

"Service was good as always, it's unfortunate that I received a 15% discount but wasn't able to use it at the store( on line only). It should say that on your emails. It wouldn't have done me much good to order on line just to find out they wouldn't have some of the parts for a few days. I did get most of the brake parts when I was there and the employees were very helpful"
