This is upstate New York, if you can do a simple tire swap and find a way to simply remove lug nuts you should find another line of work. Don’t you dare call yourselves mechanics if you can even take out a lug nut."

"Sad to say but I’ve been doing business at the TLE here for years. Lately, it’s as if the people behind the counter could care less if you’re even alive. They claim you need an appointment now because of work being done. I’ve been trying to get an oil change there for 2 months now. All you see is a group of people standing around not doing anything and they don’t even acknowledge your existence. There were 2 people waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time, myself included. I worked in that same shop a long time ago for a short period of time. Place has gone to pot. 0 stars from me. You have brought shame to your industry. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Never again. You had your chance."

"The people working at this Wal-Mart auto center ARE THE BEST!!!!! I was on a long trip from New York State to Indiana, when we had some problems with the car dolly. They stepped up, helped me get the tire right. They were so friendly and caring!!!! If I'm in the area again, if definitely stop in just to say hello!!!!"
