"The guy who worked at 10am on September 1 was horribly treating the customers. I ordered via doordash and he refused to make mine, nor did he cancelled my order. I asked several times but he refused to answer any of my questions. He lied that he cancelled the order 2 minutes ago but it wasn’t true. The order was still valid and I couldn’t get a refund as I cancelled it on my end. What a humiliating experience!"
"I was just told by the store manager to “go back to my own country” upon asking whether my pick up order was ready yet. Usually, I’m very understanding towards servers, but this is no way to speak to anyone, let alone a customer. Would give negative stars if i could, but 1/5 is the lowest it’ll go."
