"This place has gone way down hill. Last visit: Not busy, filthy, no napkins, no black beans, no quesadilla. Food was ordered ahead. It was cold and just all around not good. Bottled beverage was warm and not correct flavor. think management might need to change."

"Was there on a Sunday at 6pm. There were workers 5-8 of them. Not sure if it was a training day or what. But the line was to the door, the online/mobile line was all bunched up. After the long wait I finally get ready to order and there’s an online order put in front of mine. This was the most unclean location Ive ever seen. There was food all over the counter. There was more than enough staff to tidy up and replace empty items. I pay for double stake and the people who gets regular chicken, gets more than my double steak. No queso, at 6pm? Also, no ice in soda pop machine. It’s open till 11pm. Who’s in charge of the store on Sundays? They need training and so do the workers."

"The place was filthy. Counters weren't wiped, tables weren't wiped, and trays of rice left out n the opened without being covered. Workers were on their cellphones, we didn't get greeted until after like 5-7 minutes of standing there. Food was cold."

"On my online order this is the portion size that i get. It is never like that when i go and buy. But i paid $16 for that size? If i knew, ı would choose a restaurant where i can actually eat a good meal."

"Went in to order and the employees were super friendly and approaching! I loved the portion size and turned it into two meals which was great. Always ask for extra lettuce so every bite feels so refreshing. This is my second time trying chipotle and I would definitely get it again :)"
