"I NEVER leave bad reviews. But, this was the absolute WORST and RUDEST customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only are the portions noticeably smaller than any chipotle I've ever been to. My bowl was filled up a quarter of the way compared to the one in the Amherst plaza i usually go to. But the girls working there were some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Slamming the drive thru door making rude remarks. Both the 2 girls including the manager. I wonder if their boss knows they act like immature ghetto children that weren't raised right. I wonder if they just hired a bunch of ex felons for some charity thing. Regardless, I will NEVER be returning. This chipotle is in a great location but needs to do a staff clear-out if they want more service."

"Stay away from this location- terrible customer service! Went there 630 on a Friday night. Store is opened until 10pm. Got to pepper and onions and the gentlemen put a small grab with est 10 peppers and onions. I proceeded to ask for more, that I would pay extra. I was told they had no more. I asked ok do you have some in the back and was no that this was all they had Until close and once they run out that’s it. Yes the store is opened for additional 3 1/2 hours. Taste of food rated a one because it wasn’t what I wanted so taste will be off. Customer service was terrible. I’ll take the drive and got to a different location."

"It has better service and quality than most locations but the rice is still hard and the chicken is all charred like the others. My chips are stale! And pathetic portions for the price. Go to the other place that “welcomes” you. Queso is better at the competitor, too. By leaps."

"We enjoyed our lunch at this brand new Chipotle on Niagara Falls Blvd. We ordered a Garlic Guajillo Steak Burrito Bowl, which was quite tasty. We also ordered a side of Nachos with a container of queso. The counter service seemed efficient despite the restaurant being new. The tables were also reasonably clean. No doubt we'll be back."
