"I’ve bought converse unisex run star motion high shoes there . I was looking for shoe size 10 but, the staff said they have women’s 9.5 max size. Actually, these are unisex shoes it’s clearly printed on the shoe where the sizes are displayed and the shoe was placed on women’s display section. The staff had no idea and they said the shoes are for only women and some of the staff also said they’ve seen only women wearing it till date. C’mon guys !!! watch YouTube videos of these shoes. That’s funny lol .I’ve showed to one of the staff that’s it’s unisex shoe and she went numb. Finally, I’ve ended up buying the shoe size 9.5 as even though my shoe size is 10. the 9.5 shoe fit me perfectly after I’ve tried the shoe with suggestion of my brother. It’s also Boxing Day and there are no deals. The shoe priced $120. You see !! what I am trying to say is the staff should be able to know the specs of the shoe so you can do more sales. I was almost about to leave the store thinking my shoe size wasn’t there. But, thanks to my brother as he said to try first before leaving the store. And to my surprise the so called called women shoes fits me perfectly. This encouragement could be done by the staff if they really aware of the specs. These shoes are modern day fashioned and in demand from what I’ve seen from the internet and fell in love with the shoe. And obviously, I was looking for this shoe on the internet since months. Finally, I’ve found at this store but for a moment, the staff with zero knowledge of the product disappointed me. Apart from that the staff are surely courteous and they did their job trying to sell shoes to their customers."
