"They had over 15 people working on the floor and only 3 cashiers with a huge line. I had to wait over 25 mins with less than 10 people ahead of me. Don’t waste your time."
"Store is run down and dirty, torn carpets, employees are rude and not helpful, poor return policy, long and SLOW MOVING lines, fitting rooms close early, actual store hours do not match hours posted online. Poorly run store. Most merchandise I saw was poor quality, cheaply made, or old styles. And not to mention from the moment you walk in the store you are on camera and basically being treated like a thief, being filmed and threatened, it's insulting. I'm not sure why people shop here."
"After my house was completely robbed and vandalized and finishing all the police paperwork we rushed to Burlington to get at-least 1 day of clothing and undergarments we arrived at 11:12 and by 11:30 the associate was saying it was closed and we had to pay I explained online it said 12am but she said no they close at 11:30 to have 30 mins to clean up with a very bad attitude. I didn’t wanna share my sob story to her but please take into consideration that sometimes we go for an emergency not because we wanted to walk in last minute. I didn’t get to purchase an outfit for tomorrow since the cashier kept pressing the please proceed to line 6 please countless of times. I already had a bad headache for crying for hours prior."

"This Burlington is bigger then other ones. They have variety of products. They have the second floor but it’s literally nothing on the second floor and they have dripping water in the second floor. They have a big parking lot. Customer service is good. Price is like other Burlington . Some products seems a bit expensive comparing to other Burlington like shoes. This one not clean like other."
